Meet the Chamber Board

Nick spent his entire life in West Michigan and moved to Walker in 2017. Recently, he became a member of the Walker Community Engagement Committee, working hard to bring businesses and residents together to create a stronger community.

Nick is a financial advisor at Modern Woodmen of America, assisting individuals in identifying their financial goals and devising plans that lead them to their aspirations.

Nick is thrilled to be a part of the chamber, as he is passionate about assisting people and businesses in growing and thriving. He says it's an honor to work with the incredible chamber team and is grateful for the opportunity to make a positive difference in our community!

Scott was born and raised in the area and takes pride in being a member of this community!

He is currently serving as the operations manager on the Zokoe Team at Five Star Real Estate in Standale. Scott has a passion for helping families find their dream homes in Walker and is dedicated to growing the brand of our community.

Katy is the newest board member of the Chamber and is the Manager at Consumers Credit Union's Walker Office.

Katy is a dedicated member of the Walker community who is passionate about helping people reach their financial and personal goals!

​

When she's not working, Katy enjoys spending time with loved ones, volunteering, traveling, and the great outdoors. Her love for live music adds rhythm to her life, and her commitment to making a difference is truly inspiring! 

Alex is a lifelong resident of Walker, enjoying bike rides to Double Dip Depot and summer concerts at the park while fully embracing the vibrant Walker community.

Now an Employee Benefits Consultant at Brown & Brown Insurance, Alex remains actively involved in the community through the Walker Chamber Board.

Nicole is the Communications Manager for the City of Walker, Michigan, as well as Business Relations Manager for the Walker/Standale DDA.

As an unofficial "cheerleader" for Walker, Nicole takes pride in promoting special events, improvement projects, departments, and initiatives of the City!

Nicole sees herself as a bridge that helps connect people and businesses with City resources to help enhance the quality of life for those who live, work, and visit Walker.

Mike is a 25-year veteran in the construction industry and works for Triangle Associates, a company based in Walker  He enjoys the perfect combination of creativity and practicality that comes with construction projects and how they contribute to shaping our community!

When he is not working, Mike loves spending time with his family and exploring the great outdoors that Michigan has to offer 

Additionally, Mike actively participates in various community initiatives, including volunteering, organizing events, and collaborating with others to make a positive impact within the Walker community!
